It is a dedicated platform for converting rewards, cashback vouchers, and coupons into direct bank transfers. This app is exclusively designed for users (retailers/consumers) of Gauri Rice, ensuring quick, secure, and seamless transactions. By using this app, you can redeem rewards featured on selected Gauri Rice packaging and have the credited amount directly deposited into your bank account.

How to Use the Gauri Rice App

2.1 For New Users

Download the App: The app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Language Selection: Choose between English or हिन्दी.
Register: Enter your Indian mobile number and verify it with the OTP sent to your phone. This number will serve as your unique identification.
Complete Profile: Provide details like your name, email, age, gender, occupation, and PAN Card number (mandatory).
Personal Info:Pan card once saved cannot be edited.
Add Bank Details: Enter your account number and IFSC code to enable direct deposit transactions.
Start Redeeming: Scan the QR code available on the coupon to redeem your reward. The mentioned amount will be transferred to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.

2.2 For Returning Users

Log In: Verify your identity with an OTP upon each login for enhanced security.
No Re-registration: Your previously entered personal and bank details will remain saved, allowing instant access to your account.
Redeem with Ease: Use the app’s home page to scan and redeem rewards effortlessly.

Eligibility

Employee Restriction: Employees of Shrejal Impex Pvt Ltd and their families are ineligible for rewards withdrawal.

Coupon Rewards and Wallet Credit

Reward Value: Each coupon or voucher has a pre-assigned monetary value credited upon successful redemption.
Expiration: Coupons must be redeemed before their expiry date. Expired coupons are invalid.
Non-transferable: Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash except through the app’s withdrawal feature.
Bulk Redemption: Users can scan multiple coupons in one session, with the total value reflected in their wallet balance.

Withdrawal Process

Minimum Amount: Withdrawals are allowed for wallet balances exceeding INR 30.
Compliance for High Withdrawals: For amounts over INR 20,000 in a financial year:
- Users must provide their full details, including PAN.
- TDS deductions will apply as per Indian tax regulations.
Location Sharing: The app may request location access during withdrawals for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed instantly or within 24 hours. Delays caused by incorrect information will be the user’s responsibility.
